Semi-Absentee – Franchisee will open Pilot spa, hire management with corporate help, and run the business from a CEO role. Three revenue streams: income generated from the onboarding of new franchisees, semi-absentee income from an operating unit, and passive income for a recurrent royalty stream.
Owner-Operator (Full-time, CEO role/Manager) – Franchisee will run the day to day of business. This includes marketing, hiring, and managing employees, goal setting, and achieving.
